§ 2-173. Voting machines.

The use of voting machines for the conduct of all elections in the city is hereby authorized. All applicable laws of the state relating to voting machines, as now and hereafter enforced, which now include Florida Statutes, Chapter 101, sections 101.27 through 101.58, are hereby adopted by reference and made part of this article as though set out fully in words and figures. Where any conflict may exist between such state law and this code or any other ordinance of the City, and where such state law shall provide duties for any state or county official or board, such duties shall be performed wherever applicable by the corresponding municipal board or official.
