§ 2-104. Contributions by city.

Latest version.

There shall be appropriated from available funds derived from ad valorem taxes or any other unencumbered source of revenue such amounts at such times as may be required to pay promptly the contributions required of the city as employer by applicable state or federal laws or regulations, which shall be paid over to the lawfully designated state agency at the time and in the manner provided by law and regulation.
