§ 2-1. Council districts established.

The city is hereby divided into four (4) council districts, which are hereby designated as District 1, District 2, District 3, and District 4, each of which shall encompass its geographic area as shown on the map which is attached to Ordinance 86-10 and said map is hereby incorporated by reference in this section.
