§ 20-164. Availability of service.

The existence of a reclaimed water main adjacent to or near the premises of an applicant for the service does not necessarily mean that the service is available to that location. The city may allow a reclaimed water service line upon request by an applicant and payment of all costs by the applicant. If reclaimed water service becomes available to any property, all future site improvements or new uses of water for irrigation on the property shall be required to utilize reclaimed water.
