§ 20-161. State regulations adopted.

Latest version.

Chapter 17-610 of the Florida Administrative Code, entitled "Reuse of Reclaimed Water and Land Application," is hereby adopted by reference in this article. In case of a conflict between any provision of chapter 17-610 and the city's reclaimed water policies and regulations, the more stringent provision shall prevail.
