§ 20-91. Location of sewers, pumping stations, water mains, etc.

All sanitary sewers, sewerage pumping stations, water mains and related appurtenances installed or constructed under this article and to be conveyed to the city shall be located only in public rights-of-way, on city-owned property, or in easements acceptable to the city manager. Where the property is under development, water or sewer system extensions shall not be installed until:
(1)

The finished grades of the rights-of-way or easements have been established and approved by the city manager; and

(2)

The rights-of-way or easements have been constructed to at least design subgrade.
