§ 20-133. Changes to the Cross Connection Control Plan.

The city council may, by resolution, periodically revise the Cross Connection Control Plan as may be deemed necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the users of the city water system or for the protection of the utility system, and to effect cost-effective implementation of the provisions of the Plan.
