§ 20-57. Duration, expiration, cancellation of connection permits.

Permits issued for sanitary sewer service connections shall be valid for a period of six (6) months after the issuance and shall expire at the end of the sixth month and shall thereupon become invalid unless the work authorized by the permit shall have been commenced within such six-month period. The community development director is directed to cancel permits when work is not diligently continued after commencement. Fees which have been paid shall not be refunded when a permit becomes invalid or when it is cancelled by the community development director.
