§ 20-55. Connection charge for developers.

In addition to the charges provided in section 2-54, developers of subdivisions who install the utilities at their own expense in accordance with the city's subdivision ordinance shall pay a sewer tap fee in the amount of ninety-one dollars ($91.00) for each hookup to the municipal sewer system in the subdivisions in which such utilities have been installed. This provision shall apply only to such developers and not to their grantees or assigns.
