§ 20-35. Meters required.

Latest version.

A water meter shall be required to be installed in the main water connection to each commercial or residential structure in the city, when available. It shall be unlawful to provide water from another source to the water and sewer systems or any plumbing fixture, or any part of the system, or to another business or residential structure or unit thereof, except through the city meter attached to the city water system for that purpose.
