§ 18-8. Conflicting provisions.

(a)

Effect on conflicting regulations. If any provision of this article is in conflict with a provision of any other municipal ordinance, resolution or regulation, then this article shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

(b)

Repeal of conflicting regulations. All ordinances or parts of ordinances, and resolutions or parts of resolutions, in conflict with this article are hereby repealed, to the extent of said conflict.
