§ 18-15. Periodic review.

(a)

Periodic adjustment. This article shall be reviewed by the city council no less than once every four (4) years.

(b)

Review of fee formula. The components of the transportation road impact fee formula shall be reviewed by the city council no less than once every four (4) years.
