§ 17-2. Qualifications where same person is operator and driver; provisions such person subject to.

If the same person is both an operator and a driver, he must possess the qualifications both of an operator and of a driver, and he shall be subject to all of the provisions of this chapter relating to operators insofar as he is acting as an operator, and he shall be subject to all of the provisions of this chapter relating to drivers insofar as he is acting as a driver.
