§ 17-14. Grounds for refusal to take passengers.

  • No driver shall refuse to accept any passenger for transportation within the city unless such passenger is drunk or disorderly or such proposed trip is evidently for illegal or immoral purposes or otherwise contrary to the terms of this article, but any driver may require that the fare be paid in advance.
