§ 16-21. Penalties.

In addition to the penalties provided for in section 16-17 contained herein for delinquent licenses and section 16-16 contained herein for revocation of local business tax receipts, any person found in violation of any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to enforcement action through the code enforcement mechanism of the City of South Daytona.
