§ 14-74. Warranty.

(a)

One (1) year from date of completion. The permittee shall guarantee all work performed under the terms of the permit for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion as certified on the permit by the public works director.

(b)

Repair of failures within five (5) days. Any failure shall be repaired by the permittee, at the direction of the public works director, within five (5) working days, unless the urgency of the problem requires a quicker reaction time.
