§ 14-39. Appeal.

Any property owner aggrieved by any action or decision of the city manager or his designee under this article shall have a right of appeal to the South Daytona Board of Adjustment and Appeals. Any such appeal must be filed within fifteen (15) days of any such action or decision of the city manager or his designee or within fifteen (15) days of the property owner's receipt of a notice of violation, whichever occurs later. A property owner wishing to appeal shall file a written notice of appeal stating the specific grounds for the appeal with the South Daytona Board of Adjustment and Appeals.
