§ 14-22. Deposit required; permit issuance.

Upon the application being filed and the fee being paid, the building official shall make a determination as to the reasonable cost of replacing or repairing such curb or sidewalk over which operation is proposed to be permitted. The amount determined shall be deposited with the city clerk and thereupon the building official shall issue a permit allowing such crossing by such vehicle.
