§ 14-20. Application for permit; fee.

In case any person desires to operate any vehicle on or over any sidewalk or curb at any place except at a driveway, he shall make application to the building official therefor. Said application shall specify the place involved, the duration of time for which such permit is desired and the kind or kinds of vehicles desired to be operated on or over the place specified. Said permit application shall be accompanied with a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).
