§ 13-63. Utility services.

Should the city determine that the use of city water and/or wastewater utility services facilitates, contributes to or exacerbates a nuisance activity, the city may, consistent with any controlling provisions of state law, terminate the provision of such utility services to the property on which the nuisance activity is occurring.
