§ 13-10. Collections by department.

A prenumbered receipt shall be issued by the police department for all funds received, which receipt shall show the date such funds were received, the name of the person paying the same, the amount paid, and the reason for the payment. All such funds shall immediately thereafter be listed on cash sheets, and all such funds shall be deposited daily to the general fund of the city.
