§ 12-6.1. Adoption of comprehensive plan.

  • The city council hereby adopts a comprehensive plan pursuant to the Florida Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act for real property located within the existing city limits and for the real property to be annexed after the adoption of the aforesaid comprehensive plan, said comprehensive plan being more particularly described as follows:
