§ 11-1. Home solicitation sales permit.

Prior to engaging in any home solicitation sales activity, as that term is defined under state law without reference to the minimum dollar amount limitation, a local business tax receipt must be obtained from the city. Prior to the issuance of a local business tax receipt, the applicant must submit a home solicitation sales permit issued by the clerk of the court pursuant to F.S. §§ 501.021—501.055, as amended.
