§ 10-28. Same—Local business tax receipt required.

Secondhand dealers, including precious metals dealers, pawnbrokers, and junk dealers, shall pay to the city a local business tax receipt fee, before engaging in the business, in the amount(s) required by the local business tax receipt ordinance [Chapter 16, Article II] of the City of South Daytona.
