Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 10-13. Fireworks.
(a)
Furnishing, possessing. It shall be unlawful for any person, to sell, give away, offer for sale or have in his possession with the intent to sell within the city any of the fireworks called rockets, crackers, squibs, serpents, Roman candles, smoke bombs, or any other explosive liable to set fire to buildings.
(b)
Using. It shall be unlawful for any person to set fire to, or throw, or cause to be set fire to or thrown, any rocket, cracker, squib, serpent, Roman candle, smoke bomb, or other explosive liable to set fire to buildings, within the city.
