§ 10-1.1. State of Florida criminal laws.

  • The criminal laws of the State of Florida enumerated in the Florida Statutes as presently drawn and subsequently amended, are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference. Each crime against the peace and dignity of the State of Florida, as enumerated in said Florida Statutes, is hereby declared to be a crime against the peace and dignity of the City of South Daytona, Florida, if it shall be proven that said crime was committed within the municipal boundaries of the city. F.S. § 775.083 is specifically adopted and incorporated herein, by reference, to provide for payment to the City of South Daytona, Florida, of fines imposed by any circuit or county court, where appropriate, when such fine is levied upon any person, firm, or corporation, corporate or individual, upon conviction of a crime enumerated in F.S. § 775.083, if said crime was committed within the municipal boundaries of the city.
