§ 10.5-1. Park hours; penalty for violation.

(a)

Hours of operation of all city parks shall be established by the city manager or designee.

(b)

Any person found in a city park other than during designated hours of operation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall subject the violator to the penalties set forth in section 1-9 of this Code, which said section is hereby expressly incorporated herein by this reference.
